Banesco allows you to manage your digital banking service from abroad

Banesco announced on Wednesday that bank account operations in the digital platform can be carried out from abroad for individuals.

“From November 28, Banesco Banco Universal’s customers (individuals) will be able to execute BanescOnline’s“ Notice of Working with Digital Banking from Abroad ”, a mandatory requirement to transfer and pay credit cards to third parties at Banesco and third parties of other banks from “outside Venezuela,” says a statement from Banesco, published on its website.

The banking entity stressed that the action must be notified on an electronic platform and does not require sending documents to any institution. This action must be performed if the client plans to leave the country for a long time or indefinitely.

“In the trip notification, which is accessed via the“ Manage / control requirements in BanescOline ”option, the client must indicate the place and period during which he will remain outside the country, according to Circular No. SIB-DSB-14539 issued by the Banking Sector Authority ( Judicial) August 27, 2018, “- said in a statement.

Users of this bank reported that access to the Internet in their bank accounts was blocked abroad, not allowing them to manage their movements in the bank.
