Model Tesla 3 is sold for sale. The problems around the breakthrough automaker of the future have grown temporarily. Today, when Elon has more time, he began working on other lean projects. SpaceX, its SpaceX, plans to create small projects in addition to Mars. One of them, for example, covers the world with an Internet connection.
This is true, even in the 21st century, Internet connection is not necessary. Elon claims that everyone in the world should have access to the Internet. In the coming years, he would like to launch thousands of satellites in orbit. In total, SpaceX should deliver up to 12,000 satellites to the universe. The first batch of 4,425 units was approved long ago. The second of 7,518 satellites right now.
Internet also in the cave
Satellites should be located at a lower orbit of the Earth at equal distances. We can say that they create an invisible network that spreads throughout the planet. At present, the first tests of two types of satellites are underway. Interestingly, the Internet, which will be distributed through these small boxes, will be delayed for only 7 milliseconds.
If Elon is aware of this plan, he will conquer the entire universe. Currently, around 1,880 satellites of various sizes revolve around our planet. The first transmitters should fly into the universe next year. Within six years, half of the entire amount should be thrown into orbit. The second half is scheduled for the following years.
How many satellites will survive in a brutal universe? Due to the fact that such huge quantities will be released, the risk of collision with other objects sharply increases. They may be satellites that are already spinning, but there is a high probability of a collision with a particle that is making a world tour around the Earth. This is space waste in orbit. In total, there are up to 21,000 pieces of small and large objects.
SpaceX is not the only company that wants to send satellites into space. Competition in the form of Kepler Communications or LeoSat has similar plans. However, there are no missiles for their implementation. Therefore, they will have to pay for satellites.
