DATE AND TIME:
Even a small amount can damage.
The harmful effects of excessive consumption of fried foods have been written and researched for many years, and there is much evidence of its harmfulness. Daily consumption of such food leads to a higher risk of developing diabetes, heart disease and obesity.
Some may think that if they eat this food in small quantities every day, they cannot harm them. However, the researchers found that even a small amount can lead to premature death from cardiovascular disease.
Scientists from the University of Iowa and Washington published a study in the medical journal BMJ, which investigated that daily consumption of fried foods affects postmenopausal women.
The survey was conducted on 100,000 women aged 50 to 79 years. These women were included in the study from 1993 to 1998, and during this time 31,588 women died. Of these, 9,000 died of heart disease, 8,000 from cancer.
Scientists estimated how much fried foods they used, such as fried chicken, fish, and potatoes in their diets.
Comparing the lifestyle of these women and their eating habits, they found that daily consumption of fried foods leads to premature death.
If you eat one or more portions of fried chicken every day, this will increase the probability of premature death from any cause by 13% and increase the risk of death from cardiovascular diseases by 12%.
No fried fish is the best option. Namely, if you eat fried fish daily, you will have a seven percent chance of premature death for any reason and 13 percent more than death caused by heart problems.
