Education Minister Dr. Tarek Szawky said that £ 1 billion was allocated to provide almost 11.5 million students with school feeding, indicating that the population increase in Egypt, which is 2.5 million people per year, affects services, provided to citizens.
He added that rationalization of support allows expanding the services provided, especially in health and education, and cooperation with the Ministry of Social Solidarity to achieve educational conditions for beneficiaries of Takaful support and dignity. Employees of the departments of education and solidarity management are also trained in achieving conditionality.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Mustafa Madbuli, Prime Minister, Minister of Social Solidarity Gada Wali, Dr. Ali Meseli, Minister of Supply and Dr. Sahar Nasr, Minister of Investments. And Jeffrey Adams, the British ambassador to Cairo and a number of officials.
