The first player to be announced was John Santander, a Chilean player from the recently descended Temuco Deporta. With 24 years old, he registered steps through the University of Chile, La Serena, Huachipato, among other teams. Rodrigo Cabrera, a central Uruguayan from Athens in the same country, joins him.
