Ex-president Michelle Bachelet sent a message about the end of the year through his Twitter account where he called Respect for human rights.

UN High Commissioner asked "Join the battle" achieve greater respect for rights and dignity people.

It should be remembered that in September of this year, Michelle Bachelet assumed the position of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, replacing Zeid Ra'ad Al Husseinwhose term ended at the end of August.
