Ex-president Michelle Bachelet sent a message about the end of the year through his Twitter account where he called Respect for human rights.

UN High Commissioner asked "Join the battle" achieve greater respect for rights and dignity people.

"In this new year, which begins, I hope that many of you join our fight achieve greater respect for the rights and dignity of each person. I wish you all the best in 2019, ”the former president wrote.
