WWE Network edits sex offender matches

WWE brings some historical oddities to the WWE network in its fantastic “Hidden Gems” section, but the 1981 and 1982 AWA Christmas shows have been changed.

As the Wrestling Observer notes, they not only mistakenly put two matches from the 1981 event onto the 1982 map (Nick Boquvinkel vs. Billy Robinson and Hulk Hogan and Tito Santana vs. Ken Paters and Bobby Dunkum), but also deleted matches Bac Zumhoff participated. Zumhofe was a stronghold for the AWA, but in 2014 he was sentenced to 25 years in prison for being imprisoned for sexually abusing his daughter. He also had legal problems in 1986, when he was convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor and imprisoned for three years.

Do you think WWE made the right choice by editing matches? Let us know in the comments below.
