Just yesterday, an online petition was filed in the hope of getting Tekashi 6ix9ine out of prison, while he was put on trial. This time yesterday, the petition was at 21K (signatures) in just 13 hours, while in a 24-hour period this number more than doubled, which far exceeds the goal set from the very beginning. The numbers add up to an impressive clip on change.og. Look at yourself.

The overall goal of the petition, as described by its creators at TWG Inc, is to get Judge Paul A. Engelmayer to a reasonable limit, requiring Tekashi’s “temporary dismissal” while he waits for the second stage of his racket trial to begin on September 4, 2019. If this ploy benefits TWG, 6ix9ine lawyer Lance Lazarro will use the proceeds totaling $ 1.5 million to win the judge's forgiveness.

The petition states that since Tekasi does not pose a threat to his community, holding him against his will will not change his preconceived thinking until the pre-trial phase is completed. Tekashi is subject to the law of RICO included in the Criminal Code, especially with regard to organized crime and bordering exceptions.
