Condoms Durex remembered after fears about the failure of the "explosion test"

Durex pulls some of their condoms off store shelves after they have not passed shelf life tests.

Specific types of condoms released on Friday are Durex Real Feel Extra Lact 10ct condoms and Durex Real Feel 20ct condoms. The company says they have not passed the burst pressure test.

The company asks consumers to check batch numbers on the box in which they entered, or on the reverse packaging of individual condoms. Parent company Durex, RB Health (Canada) Inc., stated that 10-carat condoms will be number 1000443254, and 20-cent condoms will be 1000356816.

Health Canada also published a report on the same products on Friday.

The company said that for those who use condoms there is no security risk, but anyone who wants to receive a refund can either return the condoms to the seller from whom they purchased them, or contact Durex directly.

The company added that none of their other products were harmed.
