The Canadian call center revealed its ten main reasons for not calling 911 this year, including a motorist who said their wipers had broken and someone who asked if the clock was moving forward or backward in spring.

Among the callers who were wasting precious time on the emergency line was a man complaining that the fast food restaurant was not open 24 hours a day, as advertised, and a man who had lost his jacket.

Another called 911 and asked for help to turn off the headlights.
