On the occasion of the Day of the Armed Forces, General Aziz Ahmed said this, presenting a reception and a medal for peace and a medal on Peace Day 2017 and 2018 for the special contribution of the War of Liberation to the Multi-purpose complex of the Dacian canyon army.
The head of the army said: “The army is not limited to its own training program, but it participates in various activities in the field of socio-economic and national construction directly and indirectly, supporting the government and the administration. All members of the army are steadily fulfilling their duties in the ideological motivation to protect the integrity, independence and sovereignty of the country.
At this time, the army chief of staff presented receptions and medals to 48 soldiers' awards for special contribution to the Great War of Liberation. Subsequently, the reception and the medal were awarded another 28 peacekeeping medals. The ceremony was attended by senior army officers and senior army officers.
