The state-controlled oil company YPF will lose 124 sales points, which were acquired by the American brand Gulf, which will settle in the country over the next year.
Through DeltaPatagonia, an operator in the Gulf region, a foreign company acquired a significant number of places that came under YPF control after the bankruptcy of an oil company owned by Cristobal Lopez.
Thus, YPF will leave the Persian Gulf stations in 17 provinces in the hands of the Persian Gulf. DeltaPatagonia currently controls over 900 service stations in Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia.
